Rite I Eucharist
A quiet, traditional, Eucharist with sermon. On occasion, the organ is played and the congregation sings a final hymn.

9:00 am

Children’s Sunday School 
(Sunday after Labor Day to Memorial Day)

9:15 am

Adult Christian Education in Braxton Hall
Studying the lessons for the day.There is always coffee and doughnuts to share as well as a lively and relevant discussion led by a member of the congregation.

10:00 am

Break time / vesting time / Sunday morning choir warm up (Choir takes a summer break from mid-June through Labor Day.)

10:15 am

Holy Eucharist Rite II
A  family-friendly service with full vested choir, congregational singing, and occasional special music. The smallest children (ages 3-9) are dismissed to Children’s Chapel during the Gloria early in the service and return for Holy Communion.(Rite I during Advent and Lent)

10:15 am – 11:00 am

Children’s Chapel Program
A  fun chapel experience for small children directed by a member of the congregation.

11:30 am

Fellowship Hour in Braxton Hall
A warm time of hospitality in our parish hall with food and drink.

Wednesdays  

10:30 am –12:00 pm

Bible Study in Braxton Hall
A parishioner leads an informal Bible Study where the text is looked at in detail and application is made to daily life

Noon

Rite I Eucharist and Healing Service
A simple and friendly Eucharist with the laying on of hands which takes place in the parish library or Braxton Hall. Usually a group of eight to ten go to lunch after the service at a local restaurant…Come and join us!

Accessibility

The entire building is at ground level, with no stairs. Large print prayerbooks and Assisted Listening Devices are available during the services.

Weather Policy

For severe weather and hazardous road conditions:

Weekdays – if Fairfax County schools are closed, the Church Office is closed
Sundays –   8:00 am service is cancelled
                    10:15 am service is Morning Prayer, conducted by a Lay Reader (no Nursery or Christian Education).

We encourage you to be sensible about coming out in bad weather.   We will update our phone message about cancellations.  Please call (703) 780-3081.  Join us in person or join us in prayer from the safety and warmth of your home.
